Legal Terms for Social Media Promotions and Giveaways

Organized by Oasis Los Gigantes (CONSTRUCCIONES J.P. FULDA, S.A.)

This document regulates the legal terms of the various promotional actions, contests, and giveaways organized by the company CONSTRUCCIONES J.P. FULDA, S.A. (hereinafter, “Oasis Los Gigantes” or “Oasis”), with NIF/CIF A28804300 and registered office at Avenida José González Forte, 3, 38683, Acantilado de Los Gigantes, Santiago del Teide, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, through its official digital channels.

Participation in any of our promotional actions implies full acceptance of these legal terms in their entirety.

SECTION A: MONTHLY INSTAGRAM PHOTO CONTEST

1. Dynamics Description

Oasis organizes a continuous monthly photo contest on its official Instagram account (@oasis_losgigantes). Each edition of the contest will cover a full calendar month, starting on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of that month at 23:59.

2. Participation Requirements

  • Be of legal age (18 years or older).
  • Have an active Instagram account configured with a public profile. If the account is private, the social network’s settings do not allow the Oasis business account to track or count the tag or publication, automatically disqualifying the participation from the contest.

3. How to Participate

During your visit to the Oasis Los Gigantes facilities, follow these simple steps:

  1. Take a photo or video within the pool area (views, slides, bed zone, or enjoying food from Dedos or Eat Clean Tenerife).
  2. Upload it to your public Instagram account as a post or Reel on your main profile.
  3. You must tag our official account: @oasis_losgigantes.
  4. You must include the key phrase identifying the competition, “Oasis Moments”, in the description or caption. This allows us to link your post to the current monthly prize draw quickly and easily.

4. Rules of Conduct and Safety

Entries with photos or videos that show or incite behavior contrary to the internal rules of the Oasis Los Gigantes premises will not be accepted, including but not limited to:

  • The use of glass containers or receptacles in any area of the premises.
  • Diving headfirst into the pool.
  • The use of inflatable mats or water toys not permitted.
  • The playing of individual musical devices that disturb the tranquility of other users.
  • Any other action that violates the Official Pool Rules.

5. Selection Criteria, Vote Count, and Content Usage

  • Resolution by Likes: The winner of each monthly edition will be the participant who, meeting all requirements, obtains the highest number of organic and accumulated “Likes” on their original publication before the end of the last day of the month.
  • Fraud Prevention: The use of bots, purchase of interactions, or fake profiles will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Authorization for Dissemination: By participating and tagging us on social media, users grant express and free consent to Oasis Los Gigantes to directly share their publications in our Instagram stories and to repost winning or participating images on the feed of our official Instagram account.

6. The Monthly Prize

The prize established for the winner of the monthly photo contest edition consists of:

  • Access for two (2) people to the Oasis Los Gigantes facilities.
  • Reservation of one (1) Balinese bed to enjoy during the day of access.
  • One (1) drink included for each of the two people.

The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other commercial services different from those indicated.

SECTION B: GENERAL SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY DYNAMICS

This section regulates the quick, promotional, and occasional giveaways that Oasis Los Gigantes may carry out complementarily on its official social media accounts.

1. Usual Giveaway Mechanism

To participate in occasional giveaways on the Oasis profile, users must cumulatively perform the following simple actions indicated in the campaign publication:

  • Follow the official Oasis Los Gigantes account (@oasis_losgigantes on Instagram).
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Mention one or more real friends in the post comments (as detailed in the publication).
  • Optional (if indicated): Share the giveaway post in the user’s stories.

2. Prizes for Quick Giveaways

The prizes for these random promotional actions will be specified in detail in each giveaway publication, usually consisting of one of the following options:

  • Two (2) general admission tickets to the Oasis Los Gigantes pools.
  • Two (2) accesses to the “Oasis Sunset” evening event.

3. Winner Selection

The winner of the general giveaways regulated in this section will always be chosen completely randomly using certified giveaway applications for social media. Substitutes will be drawn in case the initial winner does not respond within 72 hours of communication.

SECTION C: COMMON CONDITIONS, DATA PROTECTION, AND DISCLAIMER

1. Data Protection (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), your data will be processed by CONSTRUCCIONES J.P. FULDA, S.A. solely for the purpose of managing your participation in giveaways and contests, publishing your username if you are a winner, and assigning you the prize. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and opposition by writing to oficina@oasislosgigantes.es.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

The Instagram platform does not sponsor, endorse, or associate with any of our contests or giveaways. Participation exempts Instagram from any liability.

3. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

We are open every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Lifeguard service is available throughout these hours so you can swim with complete peace of mind. On weekends we have Oasis Sunset from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Cocktails, snacks and DJs to enjoy the sunset with views of the Cliffs.

Yes. For hygiene and safety, it is mandatory to wear swimming slippers or flip-flops in the restroom and changing room areas.

Food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of children under 2 years old, who may bring their own food. We have a kiosk and a Food Truck on site with delicious options for eating and drinking.

As a general rule, animals are not allowed in the pool area, except for assistance dogs accompanying people with visual or other disabilities.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Additionally, to prevent accidents, running around the pool and diving headfirst into the water are not permitted.

To ensure everyone can swim comfortably and to maintain controlled capacity, the use of inflatable floats inside the pools is prohibited.

You can change the date of your visit or cancel your booking from the purchase confirmation email.

The sunset event requires a separate ticket. However, if you’re already inside the facility enjoying the day and decide to stay, you don’t have to buy a ticket. You can purchase it through this website or by asking at the front desk.

Yes, the pool remains open during Oasis Sunset (only until dusk) so you can swim while enjoying the music and the sunset. We only ask you to respect the team’s instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.

Your Balinese bed booking includes admission for 2 people, a plate of sliced fruit and a drink. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a comfortable space and a little extra peace and quiet to spend the day. The maximum number of people per bed is 2.
