Resolve your doubts

We’re open every day from 10.00 to 17.30. Lifeguards are on duty throughout these hours, so you can swim with complete peace of mind. At weekends, we host the Oasis Sunset from 18.00 to 22.00. Enjoy cocktails, snacks and DJs as you watch the sunset over the cliffs.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, it is compulsory to wear shower shoes or flip-flops in the toilet and changing room areas.

Food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of children under 2 years old, who may bring their own food. We have a kiosk and a Food Truck on site with delicious options for eating and drinking.

As a general rule, animals are not allowed in the pool area, except for assistance dogs accompanying people with visual or other disabilities.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Additionally, to prevent accidents, running around the pool and diving headfirst into the water are not permitted.

To ensure everyone can swim comfortably and to maintain controlled capacity, the use of inflatable floats inside the pools is prohibited.

You can change your visit date or cancel your booking from your purchase confirmation email.

The sunset event requires a separate ticket. However, if you’re already inside the facility enjoying the day and decide to stay, you don’t have to buy a ticket. You can purchase it through this website or by asking at the front desk.

Yes, the pool remains open during Oasis Sunset (until dusk only) so you can take a dip whilst enjoying the music and the sunset. We just ask that you follow the staff’s instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.

Your Balinese bed reservation includes entry for 2 people, a plate of cut fruit, and a drink. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a comfortable space and extra tranquility to spend the day. The maximum number of people per bed is 2.
