Ticket booking management: Processing, issuing, reserving, and sending booking references and tickets for access to the recreational pool area. Electronic payment processing: Processing and collecting economic transactions through secure payment gateways.

Access control and security: Technical and visual verification of tickets at the venue for strict control of legal capacity (maximum 200 people simultaneously).

Customer service: Resolving doubts, technical issues with bookings, or complaints via the provided email or contact phone number.

3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

Given the recreational nature of the activity, only basic and strictly necessary data for the purchase process is requested:

Identification Data: First name, last name, email address, and contact phone number.

Transaction and Billing Data: Economic data linked to the purchase of tickets.

This website uses encrypted external payment gateways; at no time do we store or have access to users’ credit or debit card numbers.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis that empowers us to process your personal data depends on the action performed:

Execution of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): The processing of your data is strictly necessary to formalize the sale of tickets, manage the booking, and allow you physical access to the pools.

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): By completing the booking forms and actively and unequivocally checking the box to accept this Privacy Policy, the user authorizes the processing of their contact details.

Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): Retention of invoices and transaction records to comply with accounting, fiscal, and tax regulations in force in Spain.

5. RECIPIENTS AND DATA PROCESSORS

Personal data will not be transferred to third-party companies, nor will international data transfers be carried out without an express legal obligation. However, for the correct technical functioning of the web platform, we collaborate with technological service providers (Data Processors) who operate under strict confidentiality and technical security contracts within the European Union:

TuriTop: External platform and Channel Manager used for the online booking engine and ticket system coordination. Data is transmitted in a fully encrypted and secure manner.

Redsys: Payment gateway (Virtual POS) responsible for processing financial transactions by bank card under secure environments and SSL encryption.

WordPress Technical Plugins: Internal tools of the content management system are used, which operate automatically:

Elementor: For the technical design, visual layout, and formatting of the website (does not collect data).

WPML: To remember, for purely technical reasons, the language preference selected by the user (Spanish, English, etc.).

Yoast SEO: For internal search engine optimization (does not collect user data).

6. PROCESSING DATA OF MINORS

The online ticket sales services available on this website are aimed solely and exclusively at persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the authorization of their parents or guardians.

In the event that minors access the recreational pool area, their basic identification data (necessary for capacity control or security) will be provided at all times by their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who act and consent on their behalf when purchasing the passes.

7. PROCESSING OF IMAGES AND VOICE AT EVENTS AND VENUE

In connection with the organization, celebration and promotion of recreational activities and events (such as Oasis Sunset events) at the Oasis Los Gigantes facilities, Construcciones J.P. Fulda S.A. informs users and attendees that photographs and video and audio recordings may be taken during their course.

Legal basis for processing: The processing is based on the express consent of the data subject, which is granted when purchasing the ticket through the booking platform (TuriTop) and voluntarily accessing the venue, as well as on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in documenting, promoting and disseminating the recreational activities organized.

Purpose: The images, videos and audio captured will be used exclusively for informational, promotional and advertising purposes of the venue or future editions of its events. This includes their publication on this official website, newsletters and on the venue’s official social media profiles (such as Instagram and Facebook).

Data retention: Images and recordings will be retained as long as they are useful for the promotional purpose described or until the data subject requests withdrawal of consent or deletion of their image.

Recipients: The data (images/videos) may be accessible to the general public when published on the internet and social media. They will not be transferred to third parties outside the organization without prior consent, except where legally required.

Rights: Any attendee photographed or recorded may exercise at any time their rights of access, objection or deletion (“right to be forgotten”) by sending an email to construccionesfulda@gmail.com, properly identifying themselves (attaching a copy of ID/Passport) and indicating the specific material or publication they request to be removed or pixelated.

8. ACCURACY AND MANDATORY NATURE OF DATA

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the data provided in the booking forms is correct, truthful, and up to date (for example, ensuring their email is written correctly to receive the entry tickets).

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) or indicated as mandatory in the booking gateway are absolutely essential to process the service; if they are not provided, it will be impossible to complete the purchase process.

9. DATA SECURITY MEASURES

Construcciones J.P. Fulda S.A. is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and will adopt all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee its security. This website has an HTTPS security certificate and SSL encryption technology, ensuring that the information traveling between the user’s browser and our servers is completely protected and confidential.

10. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data provided by users will be kept in our systems for the time strictly necessary for the correct execution of the service (the date the pool booking is used). Once the service is finished, the data will be kept duly blocked and available exclusively to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts, for the sole purpose of addressing possible legal, fiscal, or commercial liabilities arising from the processing during the limitation periods established by Spanish law (generally, up to a maximum of 6 years). After this period, the data will be permanently and securely deleted.

11. USER RIGHTS

The user has the power at all times to exercise their rights of control over their personal data. Under European and national regulations, you can request the following rights completely free of charge:

  • Access: The right to know what personal data of yours we are processing and to obtain a copy of it.
  • Rectification: The right to modify or correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous.
  • Erasure (Right to be forgotten): The right to request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Restriction of Processing: The right to request the temporary suspension of the processing of your data in legally provided cases.

Yes. For hygiene and safety, it is mandatory to wear swimming slippers or flip-flops in the restroom and changing room areas.

Food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of children under 2 years old, who may bring their own food. We have a kiosk and a Food Truck on site with delicious options for eating and drinking.

As a general rule, animals are not allowed in the pool area, except for assistance dogs accompanying people with visual or other disabilities.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Additionally, to prevent accidents, running around the pool and diving headfirst into the water are not permitted.

To ensure everyone can swim comfortably and to maintain controlled capacity, the use of inflatable floats inside the pools is prohibited.

You can change the date of your visit or cancel your booking from the purchase confirmation email.

The sunset event requires a separate ticket. However, if you’re already inside the facility enjoying the day and decide to stay, you don’t have to buy a ticket. You can purchase it through this website or by asking at the front desk.

Yes, the pool remains open during Oasis Sunset (only until dusk) so you can swim while enjoying the music and the sunset. We only ask you to respect the team’s instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.
