We open our doors every day in Los Gigantes. An accessible space to cool off, lie in the sun or extend your afternoon by the bar with a cocktail in hand. The plan is that simple: you come, choose your spot and unwind. Nothing more.

Sometimes your body asks for something light and fresh, other times a full burger and, mid-afternoon, an ice cream or a cocktail in the shade. Inside our facility you have three spaces ready so you can satisfy all your cravings.

Eat Clean

If you prefer to eat light and take care of yourself, we’ve partnered with Eat Clean Tenerife. Fresh dishes in containers like salmon poke, Caesar salad or Bolognese pasta.

It’s lawn bowls time

at Oasis

  • Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
  • Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00

You can now play lawn bowls at Oasis. It’s an outdoor game played on grass – easy to learn and great fun – where the winner is whoever gets their ball closest to the target. Perfect for a bit of fun as a couple, with friends or with the family, with the cliff as a backdrop. To book your game, ask at the ticket office or message us on WhatsApp. It’s that simple.

Balinese Bed

Enjoy a little bit of privacy with views of the ocean. Booking the Balinese bed includes a drink and entry for two people. The maximum number of people allowed is 2, and the price is €65.

Lounger

Your general admission ticket already includes access to the swimming pool, use of the water slides and your own sun lounger. You arrive, find a spot by the water and lie back to relax. It’s that simple.

Umbrellas

If you’re one of those who prefers to spend the day cool, read quietly for a while or simply need a break from the brightness, you can request an umbrella for your lounger for just €3.

We are open from Wednesday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00; on Saturdays from 10.00 to 22.00; and on Sundays from 10.00 to 18.00. Except on Saturdays, the swimming pool closes at 17.30 on all other days. A lifeguard service is available throughout these hours so you can swim with complete peace of mind. At weekends, we host the Oasis Sunset from 18:00 to 22:00. Enjoy cocktails, snacks and DJs as you watch the sunset with views of the cliffs.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, it is compulsory to wear shower shoes or flip-flops in the toilet and changing room areas.

Food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of children under 2 years old, who may bring their own food. We have a kiosk and a Food Truck on site with delicious options for eating and drinking.

As a general rule, animals are not allowed in the pool area, except for assistance dogs accompanying people with visual or other disabilities.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Additionally, to prevent accidents, running around the pool and diving headfirst into the water are not permitted.

To ensure everyone can swim comfortably and to maintain controlled capacity, the use of inflatable floats inside the pools is prohibited.

You can change your visit date or cancel your booking from your purchase confirmation email.

The sunset event requires a separate ticket. However, if you’re already inside the facility enjoying the day and decide to stay, you don’t have to buy a ticket. You can purchase it through this website or by asking at the front desk.

Yes, the pool remains open during Oasis Sunset (only until dusk) so you can swim while enjoying the music and the sunset. We only ask you to respect the team’s instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.
